The "River House" at River's Edge in Eminence Missouri is the penultimate of condominium vacation rentals. This large three-bedroom brick home sleeps up to twelve (12). First bedroom has 2 full beds, second bedroom has 1 full bed and 1 bunk bed. Futon (full bed) in large front room with gas fireplace, Dish Network TV/DVD/CD/Mp3. Complete kitchen, central AC/heat, 2 sink bathroom, shower/bath and hair dryer! Private hot Tub. Optional: Key to Master bedroom is same as price of a room. It includes 1 king bed, Dish Network TV, private restroom with shower. Carport with picnic tables and barbeque grill. A larg spacious nice lawn with volleyball net, chair swing, and campfire ring with chairs,. 60 yards from river with a great view, swimming, fishing, beach access in front of house.

If guests not staying at the river house are using this facility the renters will be charged for maxuim capacity per night.
